The main reasons contributing to the increase in results are as follows:
1. Depreciation of Ringgit Malaysia against USD.
2. Gain on dissolution of subsidiary amounting to RM3.71 million.
3. Reversal of receivable and inventories amounting to RM1.16 million and RM1.22 million
respectively.
4. Continued improvement of production efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Improve in interest income in the quarter under review.

Agreed on the part of significant of improvement coming from non recurrence profit of sale of sub and impairment but again their GP did improve by 8% which may due to production efficiency and effectiveness as claimed which is very good sign for future growth.

Kudos to management of Dufu for making the company amongst the few listed companies with december year end in Bursa that issu company's audited accounts this early. That proves management's commitment to transparent and good corporate governance leaving little excuse to the existing shareholders to sell their shares now.
