Since the closing price of Sign is 1.09, therefore the reference price of Sign wa tomorrow is 12 sen, the limit up price is 60 sen,and I am expecting Sign wa will trade between the range of 35 to 45 sen tomorrow

Sign will receive 80 million payment on 4.5.16 , being 60 days from dated they accept the offer on 4.3.16. I estimate the special dividend will annouce very soon. 8 cts to 10 cts dividend could be pay out.

At price of RM1.17, the market capitalisation of SGB is already RM122 million.

Assuming PE 5 for similar size developer, you need NET PROFIT RM24.5 million to support current price!!!

It's even more than revenue of the last year's audited account!

How much you value this company? How much is the expected profit? What is the PE you are looking for?

Don't simply give childish answer, show your integrity.
