（吉隆坡22日訊）為提高散戶參與度及使股票更能負擔，勝利者國際（SIGN，7246，主板消費品組）建議以1變2比例分拆股票，過後再以4送1比例配送憑單。

勝利者國際在文告中表示，為增加股票的流動及負擔性以增加散戶參與度，建議將股票一分為二，在拆細後，總股本將從目前的1億2千萬股增加至2億4千萬股。


該公司說，過去3個月的平均股價為1令吉84仙。今日收市，該股跌1仙至1令吉86仙。

在完成股票分拆後，每4股將獲送1張憑單，預計最多配送6千萬張。

同時，該公司也建議進行為期5年的雇員認股計劃，以不多於10%的折扣價發售股票給合格的員工。

次季淨利跌53.6%

另一方面，該公司公佈，廚房和立柜及玻璃和鋁業務走緩，加上馬幣走跌導致進口成本增加，拖累營業額下跌，導致截至去年12月31日第二季淨利下挫53.6%，至564萬9千令吉，半年淨利也跌44.1%至1千零54萬1千令吉。

營業額方面，第二季下跌22.66%至5千496萬9千令吉，全年則跌23.44%至9千984萬4千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

　目前，該公司握有約1億5000萬令吉訂單，並且參與多項大型計劃競標，未來數月即會公布結果，我們相信該公司在其中兩項大型計劃的贏面相當高。

　另外，出口市場佔該公司營業額不到5%，由于未來數年國內市場料放緩，該公司將尋求擴展出口市場，希望可以在未來數年內貢獻約20%營業額。

KUALA LUMPUR (March 2): Kitchen and wardrobe designer and retailer Signature International Bhd (SIB) has accepted an award of RM79.95 million from the Selangor government for its land that is being acquired to build a highway.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, SIB said it has received a notification from the state government for the compulsory acquisition of the land, measuring 1.35ha in Sungai Buloh, Petaling district, for construction of the Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH).

On Feb 23, SIB informed the local exchange that the land administrator had offered its wholly-owned unit Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd (SCSB), an award of RM78.16 million for the land.

According to SIB, SCSB’s warehouse facilities, catering to glass and aluminium fabrication work, would be affected by the acquisition, which is targeted to commence in the final quarter of 2016.

“The management has contingencies plans in place, such as relocation of the warehouse to mitigate the adverse impact on the business, financial conditions and operation of the group,” it said in an announcement on Feb 24.

SIB’s share price fell two sen or 1.12% today to close at RM1.77, for a market capitalisation of RM210.5 million.
