for special div need a little bit more patient, normal house transaction also take few months to settle, it takes time for land transaction in multi millions.

Estimate Danga Bay Tender result will out by next two weeks or end of May’16. Most likely Sign will get the project based on their ability and resources available to install kitchen cabinet for 9,000 unit condo.

80% (RM120,000,000) of outstanding order book of RM 150,000,000 will be flow in at period: 01/01/16-30/06/16. So I think the financial performance for quarter end 31.3.2016 & 30.6.2016 will be positive. Don’t forget the gain on disposal of land of RM80 million to Selangor government for DASH project. Combined all factor above, I will set the target price for Sign at 1.80 per share.

Today volume not bad... probably because of internal news which almost confirm regarding Special Div... after bought new land, build new building and moving cost if Sign going to pay all the remaining money... it will be 0.47 each share... if were to like what paperplane 2016 siad 0.10 shall be quite reasonable...

Hi sign team I need some assist :
I bought sign at price 2.10 last time , however I have not received the bonus issue, I bought on 8April 2016.
And team I am using direct account one, I need to contact my remiser to tell them I can enjoy the bonus issue or no need the bonus will automatically send to my account , And recently the stocksplit issue will auto adjust my share units or I need to call my remiser to ask them to help me adjusted ?

Sorry sign team because I am using direct account instead of nominee account so my remiser seem unwilling to teach me those , so someone kind can explain abit , I bought 4000 units at price RM2.10 .
