LOLLL . wait lor , if yoyo between 0.085 - 0.095 i think is okay , if 2-3 months no news , i think can chiaoz lor , put into other side ...

@wendy , percentage of the dividen is unsure , they give according to how many cents per share , lets say if u get 35,000 shares , and per share they given 0.0145ctns , meaning is 507.50 for dividen itself only , certain reits pay twice yearly , some quarterly , it depends the company policy .
