My take.... Barakah is moving out of O&G business and is going into bunkering. I find the non-performance of Petronas project by Barakah most shocking. Barakah has lost its credibility. No O&G companies dare to associate itself with Barakah. Barakah lost its struggle to the challenges when the world crude oil collapse in 2014....
