full of good news after it bought VASTALX, but they won't be able to make huge profit, as you can see their bad records in previous years, how they manage it well..P&L will be the best evidence!

latest 1st quarter revenue decreased by RM7m, and eps only 0.64 cent ..price now RM 1.54

this should be extreme downgrade ...free fall...even at its entered price after taking over vastalux..at 65 cents...yeah 2nd ipo through back door

i mean it's not worth even 65 cents...just my 2 cents

now people will realise the MOST PROBABLE REASON (though some may argue with other reasons) for the backdoor listing .

for my opinion if want take profit can be taking now...wait after correction just collect back. cause IPO time is pushing too high already. Barakah will recover once the Petronas project started on JUNE. that time will be shine for barakah on report Q3 or Q4

barakah is yet to prove their efficiency to execute the TNI contract and contract is on lump sum basis. any mishandling of project execution will impact the bottom line. without any new material announcement, the current price can be on the high side. Unless someone with a lot of money plans to be a substantial shareholder.

In times of imminent crisis in Ukraine, there is need to find safe haven. The event if escalates will impact oil price and oil related companies could benefit. More money means more profit hence can make more investments.

Barakah market cap is almost RM1 billion which made it eligible for fund managers to subscribe. In fact the funds holds close to 15% based on 2013 annual report. Still not convinced? haha

My verdict is the share price drop due to poor result for last quarter. Sept to Dec usually a weak quarter due to monsoon season. Activity will pick up after monsoon season. My 2 cents..
