according to my reliable source, Eden expected to hold the 1st quarter result meeting this month. potentially the management will propose to their BOD, an interim dividend of 2 to 2.5sen. hope this will materialize.

azfar8, I think he is not trying to TIPU. He heard about the meeting that schedule this month and Eden did hold a meeting but to finalize the audited account for FYE June 2022. Sarjen pendek may got the message correctly abt the meeting but presumed 1st qtr mtg. Eden mostly will hold the 1st quarter meeting in the 2nd month after each quarter closing.

Sorry, silap saya ....pendengaran rosak sikit.. betul Eden ada meeting tapi nak finalised audited account dan bukan 1st quarter. First qtr report will be table on Nov month and dengar dua perkara :

1. Dividen akan di maklumkan pada BOD by management
2. Power plant di Sabah ( Stratavest Sdn Bhd) akan dapat extension untuk PPA lagi 3 tahun mulai dari tahun 2024 kerana daerah Sandakan , Tawau , Kudat masih kekurangan bekalan letrik. .....
Hope dia orang boleh generate good income

Thanks Sarjen. That how you deal with someone who ask, someone ask because they are not sure about something, not by easily scold people. Though word pendengaran sedikit rosak, i hope not, just merely words. Anyway, still, i am still not having enough confidence in it at the moment, currently, based on observations, it's seems either the company lead by weaker people or the weaker operator, or both... Or it's weaker leader vs weaker operator... just my OPINION, dont say i am fitnah...

probably can hit 0.14 in the near future, as the market has lack of catalysts. Although the currency droped to the lowest level, we have yet to witness the real foreign player coming in. In fact that election is just around the corner, people are not going to put extra risks in stock market.

The current management is weak. In the annual report, they say will embarking development for their gebeng lands surrounded at KPC station but i not sure how success they can do.

Hahaha..... Now confirm T.Zafrul (brother In law of Eden Group MD) to contest under BN at Kuala Selangor, whereas Muhyuddin ( the besan of the TS family -due to first daughter married Muhyuddin son) is contesting at Pagoh under PN. Muhyuddin who brought T.Zafrul as Senator into his cabinet now stand for his main rival party.
Look like "Macam tak kenang Budi" How come both rival be in one family ?. Anyway both indeed need the funding for election......

Personally I think PN will be benefited at current unstable political landscape.

BN now super negative image until Malay also take a step back to observe.
PH is not that weak than people expected, if those working group come back to vote which is likely, then their result can be good too. 60-70 seats
PN shared the PAS bases then further add in their race element - base should be at about 20-30 seats

Peninsular - 166 seats
Sarawak - 31 seats (GPS can win 25-28 seats)
Sabah - 25 seats (GRS can win 15 seats vs Warisan 10 seats)

If PH win 70 seats, PN 30 seats, then BN can have 66 seats + GPS 28 seats + GRS 15 seats = 109 seats (still cannot form a government.
If PH win 70 seats, PN 25 seats, then BN can have 71 seats + GPS 28 seats + GRS 15 seats = 112 seats (only can form very thin majority government)

So for this coming election, what determine PN successful to be part of the gov will be heavily relied on how many seats PH can beat BN. Lesser BN win, then more PN is needed.

PN key is whether can get 25-30 seats, this is super important.

Based on the analysis, PAS during triangle competition last round also have base of about 20. And take into latest consideration during Melaka and Johor, you can see PAS votes without Bersatu (PN) 2018 vs PAS+Bersatu 2022, the base votes from 10-15% increase by another 10%-15% general votes.

But still PH will not be having more than 90 seats, possible 80+ seats only in peninsular.
BN 60+ seats
PN will have 20-30 seats

For East Malaysia side, GPS will have 25-28 seats and GRS 15 seats up and down. (and take note PN and BN not substantially contest in Sarawak while PH yes)

The most logic and highly viable possibility combination is
BN (60) + PN (25) + GPS (25) + GRS (15) = 125
