Waiting good result on November ,just a sharing !
The Disposal of 2.12k Hec oil palm estates (183m) had been completed on 25 August 2020 which is expected to generate 90-100 m with 10 c of special dividend (+ 40 ~ 50 c of EPS for 3rd Q result November).
The crop production of FFB,CPO & PK have been increasing significantly since the month of August 2020.
The price of CPO also has been getting up from +/- 2400(July) to 2892 (today),plus with 7.9 m + of treasury shares.

does not make sense, company loss making for 3 years straight. they issue dividend (based on disposals). seems like bailing out of the business as soon as possible. and just entice the price for people to push up the pricing

after deduct 10cent.....
New opening the next day is 0.610..

it will stay below 0.50 for months until annoucement of new dividend...

Privatisation coming at RM0.90 or RM0.95

Director bought warrant at 0.275 per share, conversion price is RM0.60

0.275 + 0.60= 0.875 which is much higher than the ordinary share price.

Just ask yourself, why director bought warrant at such high price with huge volume.

So, the story is privatization is coming.

The privatization price is definitely higher than RM0.875 so calculate yourself.

Harnlen is current a net cash company with more than RM160Million cash in hand.

NTA is RM1.23.

Buy now at 0.65 is consider buy at 50% discount....hahaha,...

If harnlen dispose remaining 6,000ha palm oil, the sales value would be easily RM500-RM600Million. which is equivalent to NTA of RM3.50.

I am not so greedy, privatization at RM0.90 and RM0.95 is ok for me.

I am holding 700,000 shares at cost of RM0.47

So my profit from this deal (privatize at RM0.90=RM301,000

Now the price is super cheap.

I heard Harnlen 3rd generation not interested in oil palm. They are more interested in Hotel business. I would suggest Harnlen to sell all its assets and privatize...

Buy now at 0.65 and sell at 0.90 (privatize) the profit is equivalent to 40%....better than put in FD.

Coming QR result should be super good. other players reported super good profit and Harnlen will follow as well.

After QR announcement no more cheap ticket.

I hope harnlen declare another special dividend at RM0.05 in coming QR since they are so cash rich.

Keep money in bank accounts serve no purpose.

I just noticed from the Annual report, Harn len still has another piece of oil palm land(2,116ha Senang Estate) at rompin near the one that just disposed for $183mil.Value for the land should be around $180mil also,divided by 194mil shares =$0.92/share,add up more than 6,000ha land in sarawak and hotel building in johor NTA should more than $2.50 if re-value
