dont simply compare Haio VS Parkson, as haio still rich of cash & paid dividend constantly,but Parkson worth nothing,only for short term trading.

Agreed Parkson worth nothing, non of the lion doing well. As for Hair O, coming Oct results most likely will drop yoy also as last Oct was too high and the current environment is just too challenging. TP remains 1.80. Hopefully I am wrong.

Is quiet unlikely Oct Q results can bit last Oct yoy unless unexpected substantial rise in revenue. TP1.80 remains but most likely price will be pushed up before poorer results announcement as like the recent quarter.

Lowest profit since July 2016. Last few years overcooked? TP remains 1.80 if able to maintain its DY. Positive is low loans. Negative is high price book ratio, high current assets without knowing its quality hence potential written off, low NTA. Affin Hwang revised down TP to 1.50.
