according to some reliable sources, the guy who worked in cambodia for one malaysia's bank had already resigned last month from the bank. He is the person who got the banking license..He will start new bank. Can someone verify this statement ?

yes agreed. banking license is only a catalyst though market could give some upside to its price. The fruit can only be seen much later say in 2 years time upon commencement. Therefore RM5 target will come later and not now in my humble opinion. I hope i am wrong.
