price is supported by margin account---once stock broker house removed margin Cap, it will not increase
again unless owner top-up with cash ( highly unlikely case ). Bcos "if" Boss has Cash why allowed Crash
to squeeze his margin Limit

The warehousing team has really played well when cahoots someone influential. Guess the games of playing that person backside should be done by now. The short covering by some players may return but in full force within this or next week. Dr Y only held 15% of this counter and 50% by another shareholder. look at the Fundamentals and not where it was before.. NTA just 1.60 and we are not sure if the NTA is real as Yu plays up everything. can a property company at NTA of 1.60 trade at 29?...ini semua Gila orang punta kerja.

Yes, but no one knows where the bottom will be. If you play big, you will be psychologically handicapped by the likelihood that it's a major accounting fraud like SerbaK, Enron or Arthur Andersen. FYI, Wing Teik dropped from a $4.92 high & rebounded for 4-5 days briefly after it touched $1.56 & 62.5c on 29 Aug '97 & 12 Jan '98 respectively BUT the ultimate bottom only came @ 15.5c on 17 Aug '98...The subsequent rebounds never got anywhere near the 29 Aug '97 low so if you happen to tikam the wrong price, it's almost a 100% chance of donation. Who wants to donate to a fraudulent Doctor Fry like Yu?

@EatCoconutCanWin Dr Yu only hold 14% of Rapid he could have sold a substantial amount to pay debt. The person who hold more than 50% of Rapid is not him. The only way is up for this counter after all the manipulation subsided !

Fwiw, I must admit I couldn't avoid scratching my itch, so, earlier this morning, I have placed my chip. It's only a low single digit % of my 2023 trading and investing profits and even tinier % of my capital. This is 100% gambling, I accept I could lose this all. I probably got greater enjoyment if I use that money, drive to genting, stay there a few days and enjoy great drink and food, but the Internet made it so easy to gamble online.

NTA = 334,925,000 - (174,482,000 + 0)
NTA = 160,443,000
NTA per share = NTA / Authorised Share Capital
NTA per share = 160,443,000 / 107,491,000
NTA per share = 149.26 sen (based on my calculation or 150.09 sen (as shown on Page 9 of current FY Annual Report.
By Warren Buffet (WB) standard, he expects 30% discount from NTA per share to make any sense at all.
NTA per share after WB treatment = 104.48 sen.

Correction to NTA per share as calculated by me previously.
NTA per share = 160,443,000 / 106,896,000
NTA per share = 150.09 sen
Therefore, NTA per share after WB treatment = 105.03

NTA is not really am important yardstick to determine the price of a stock especially if it's an ongoing concern and the business is profitable. Just like a company with huge debt may not be bad as long as it can bring in sustainable income to service it's debt. In a simple sense people borrow money to operate business. So do not attach too much importance of NTA to stock valuation although it's only one of the criteria !

Try check back annual report 2021, 2020, 2019…… , from the 30 largest shareholder that page u can see many investment fund company got hold this stock, even that time price is Rm 15- Rm 20, do u really think those investment fund is SH ? Must be some valuable things in this company, that why they give such price…….
