Lets see where UK's property prices will go. If it drops too much EW could get a margin call on their GBP borrowings to shore up their loan-to-value. Then we will see if ballyworld will go belly-up or not, folks.

profit first for those who bought 1.20-1.21 as the volume is too low for this rebound. Strong resistance at 1.28... unless crossed, or else everything just technical rebound....

PER of 35 is almost one of the highest among the property counters compared to its peer. its strong management could be one the factors, but it must continue to deliver REALIZED improved earnings to justify a higher price, just my 2 cents.

the major uptrend won't happened unless it cross the MA 50.... EW been below for very long time. Tried to climb many time but just not successful. Too much selling pressure from probably the big player to catch small fish. What Yongch said has his point there.... In fact, whatever we discuss here is just entertainment for those BIG boys.... The price will further consolidate looking at the current volume for this few days. Its more a bet now buying so call low.... always remember... low can get lower... cheap can get cheaper.
