With take up rate of their new launching projects and BBCC, I have confident in this counter. Weathering through gloomy period ain't easy but judging from their performance & last QR, they are doing well so far IMHO. Happy trading and have a great weekend.

ecoworld is making huge profit, especially in penang. their house selling price sky high (quality too). another making big profit is mah sing group. both sell very expensive price over here. if their profit cannot help the share price or provide good dividend, it should consider a bad share company.

yes i agree with u golden triangle as housing and property is a very good investment too as house prices hardly fall and land prices too so its a good sector for the economy furthermore our country is a developing country so tht means the land prices will go up due to the development around it.

Ecoworld is a growth value company, nobody can make the appropriate and precise judgment that how high is the stock price can be achieved, but one point is confirmed, currently it is still consider as an undervalue company.

If you know their business, believe in the excellent management of their leader to manage the company direction, their health company's financial report throughout every semester, you will notice that how amazing the potential and value of this company for an investor. But again, it is not suitable for short term profit taker, as we know current property in Msia is in a downtrend, and you can really see Ecoworld's stock price fluctuates based on news, it usually can up very high in one day(around 5-7%), but fall back on another day
