Today, for the stock the MACD line has just crossed the signal line( signalling buying support) again.Alsoon the RSI there was a slight reversal in the downtrend to the uptrend.Expect the price and momentum to be supported basing on Technical Analysis of the Price Charts.Good luck:-)))
Any shareholder, whether he is holding 100 million shares or just one single share and who applies for more than 100 shares, would be guaranteed of 100 shares allotment. The rest of the entitlement is based on your shareholdings.
So a shareholder with 100 million shares of ecowld would be entitled to 100 million shares of ewi ipo? And on top of that every 5 ipo subscribed you get 2 free warrant?
A person holding 100 million shares won't be allocated 100 million ewi shares. There are only 240 million shares for allocation. It means someone holding 100 million ecoworld shares will be allotted 10x more shares than someone holding 10 million ecoworld shares.
The entitlement announcement really make many people confusing. How to apply? Is it free? Should the EW shareholders apply? Any disadvantage if EW shareholders did not apply???
EcoWorld's paid up capital is around RM1.2 billion, consisting of roughly 2.4 billion 50c par value shares. Only 240 million ewi shares are available for application. Strictly speaking, if you have just 100 EcoWorld shares, you would only be allocated 10 shares but the Company has guaranteed that shareholders who apply for over 100 ewi shares would be allocated 100 IPO shares. The rest would be allocated on a pro rata basis according to their respective share holdings. You can apply as many as you like but you are unlikely to get more than 100 shares unless there is under subscription.
As what prudent investor said is true, the entitlement offer has negligible benefit for the petty traders like us. Hence, apply or not to apply will not make any difference coz we will likely only receive 100 shares
For every ten EcoWorld shares you have, you will get 10 eci shares but subject to a minimum allocation of 100 IPO shares. If you have 10,000 EcoWorld shares, you would be allocated 1,000 ewi shares.
since 100 shares is the miniumum that can hold/buy (excluding odd lots), the company is basically guaranteeing that every single shareholder (who applied for at least 100 shares) will get 100 shares at least (if he or she actually puts in an application, cannot just sit sit and post updates here ;-) therefore no one will lose out. Lets say there are 100,000 shareholders who applied, so 10mil shares will be reserved for these folks, and remaining 230mil shares will be allotted based on shareholding or whatever means they wish to allocate it by (this part i guess guess)..
Eco World International, the overseas property arm of Eco World Development Group Berhad (EWD), seems to be off to a good start. EPF and PNB as cornerstone institutional investors, and the tripartite agreement between GuocoLand, EWD, and Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin now a done deal, and more, does this mean the EWI deal is a done and dusted deal? Listen to Ibrahim Sani and Luqman Hariz elaborate more on this.
