吉隆坡23日訊）法國巴黎銀行（BNP Paribas）認為，雖然惠譽（Fitch）上月維持大馬的“A-”信貸評級，但受內憂外患影響，大馬實際評級可能是低上好幾級的“BBB-”。
法國巴黎銀行在報告中說，大馬的信用違約掉期（CDS）提高，顯示公共財政和對外財務都承壓，這種情況已經持續6個月，意味著大馬信評連降多級的風險猶存。“諷刺的是，一項惠譽開發的信用違約掉期衡量工具顯示，大馬主權信評是｀BBB-’，比惠譽給出的評級低3級。”

法國巴黎銀行表示，惠譽最新的評估報告只專注於大馬的課題，忽視大馬與其他國家的比較。
公共財政令人擔憂
該行認為，與同儕相比，大馬的公共財政令人擔憂。
“我們的分析顯示，自惠譽2013年中給予｀負向’展望以來，大馬信評的關鍵指標如債務與收入等，都遠低於｀A’水平；即使以｀BBB’來看，大馬也只是表現略好而已。”
該行指出，雖然大馬落實多項改革措施，但由於情況惡化，大馬信評其實應該降級。該行補充，大馬信評應降不降，也反映另一個更令人擔憂的問題：主權信評機構向來不太願意降低一國信評。
該行表示，惠譽聲稱對外財務不再反映信貸狀況，“以財政改革為主導的宏觀經濟政策改善”才是重點。
“可惜，國家銀行面對的政策挑戰要大於財政部。短期外債覆蓋和國際流動性比率等外部流動性指標惡化，應該是評估的重點。”
馬幣兌美元或跌向4令吉
法國巴黎銀行認為，全球石油跌價和負面政治新聞加快大馬國際收支的惡化，進而加據馬幣的波動和貶值壓力。該行估計，馬幣兌美元可能跌向4令吉。
該行說，國行運用外匯儲備應對貨幣波動，也減弱了對外償債能力。
“我們估計，2013年4月以來，國行捍衛馬幣名義有效匯率的代價高達400億美元。”
該行補充，隨著馬幣兌美元貶向亞洲金融危機後期的3.80令吉，相信國行會加大干預，最終可能造成外匯儲備自2010年以來第一次跌破1千億美元關口。
大馬政府為整頓公共財政，推出消費稅和取消燃油補貼。對此，法國巴黎銀行表示，大馬將公共債務對國內生產總值（GDP）比率降至55%的最大挑戰，並非減少財政赤字，而是推動經濟成長。
該行補充，實際國內生產總值平均每年增長4.5至5%，長期平均通膨約3%，意即名義經濟成長達7.5%左右，表面上，這個目標是可行的，但卻忽略大馬經濟成長過於依賴商品和對外貿易面對的潛在衝擊。（星洲日報／財經）

IPO EWI {Eco World International} be list next year by 1QCY16 and ECOWLD {Eco World Development} will take-up a 30% stake in EWI. If can hold till next year, or even longer a bit, huge profit there for you ! So, keep on collecting ECOWLD as now still at discount price.

winwinyarazhi, for true, is yes...so far so positive on Ecowld {4-project Mega Launch and 5 upcoming projects to power EcoWorld to achieve RM7 billion sales target over FY2015 & FY2016} too many ongoing and upcoming projects {local-->Malaysia, International-->London[London City Island/Wardian London/Embassy Garden], Sydney}, EWI listing {acquire assets for development overseas in matured high income-market-->United Kingdom. Australia} , just accumulate and hold till next year or even longer, you won't regret.

For your info : A low P/E ratio doesn’t automatically mean a stock is undervalued, just like a high P/E ratio doesn’t necessarily mean it is overvalued.

Ecowld has a false PE, It don"t even has a full financial statement. All d past ones are Focal A, financial statement. It is not fair right? Dis is a new company wz new group of management. U need gut feeling to invest in Ecowld! U can project d first year Eps result, then u can said it is d first year PE. My projected Eps is around 0.10 to 0.12, dat come to PE of 16 n 13 times earnings. PE below 15 times earnings, business sense, can consider Buy! Of course they are many more requirement, ROE, debt, Capex, etc. Thks!
