Rocketboy, they do not need more landbank, they already work on several projects that are in the final phase and launch phase, such as the ecoworld ballymore. These guys are super clever. They do not want to start from zero. They will jump start. Time is limited for liew and gangs at their 50s. They want to build something in 5 years that took spsetia 20years. Look at their land bank, drom 13billion to 40billion in short space of time. That's why if want to invest , better get on quickly as the first 3 years will be explosive. Look at their revenue. 3 times. If continue like this, unimaginable.

Most people think no spac,no good. Actually listing in in bursa is better as now they start to have asset.
Spac only for those that don't have record and asset, like investment fund managers.
Ewi is like ecoworld v2. Ecoworld v1 iwn some part of ecoworld v2. These two combined become huge force. Once ecoworld v2 gain name , v1 will also benefit.
Ecoworld should worth a lot more if you believe they can sell 7b in next two years. So far they are on track.

ECOWLD staged a strong rebound yesterday to close at RM1.52. The share price has been hammered by almost 30% from its multi-month high of RM2.10 since end of February this year. ecoinvestor If they are on target to make 7billion sales on top of owning 30% of ewi, what will be the PE?
Wondering why EPF buying such high PE counter? To answer this question, you need to read more. Still want to stick with spsetia? Ecoworld will take over and overtake spsetia sooner than you think :-)

This counter up from RM0.70 to RM3.90 ~ After split 1 into 2...
RM2.00 rise to RM2.50 again !! Which mean (RM5.00 before split)
After right issued & warrant adjusted ...became RM2.50 ==> RM2.10
Then RM2.10 drop to RM1.53....
OVerall...
The price now actually Is RM3.40 ~~ (After split + Right issued + -WA)
So consider high PE or Undervalue ??

When it was 0.70 , what was the size of GDV?
Now how many times more? It is a completely different company with massive landbank and years of GDV ahead.
When it was 0.70, it was a small not well known company called Focal Aim. Now almost all talented stuff has moved from SPSetia to Ecoworld. There are 3 factors, I consider most important in property investments. Location, Quality (Brand), Management. Ecoworld tick all the boxes.
If you use PE to value this share, you will never get it. The TTM didn’t all include Revenue from Ecoworld Sdn. In quarter 01-31, only very small proportion was included. The most recent quarter, you see sudden increase in revenue, that’s because this is the first time Ecoworld Sdn projects are included after all the corporate excericse. See the figure at the bottom

If the trend continue like this and 7bn sales as targeted, you will see a sudden drop in PE. Don’t forget the 30% ownership of EWI and that will suddenly improve the revenue and that is about 135m revenue for the next 5 years. Recent private placement’s price was 1.62, at current price, it’s a no brainer and a steal!
