It must be good. According to news, SPAC will be created in second half. They need to show the result first for investors and I believe this coming two quarter results will be the key. Good luck!! normally a 20% correction is a good time to buy for a large cap,so i will enter at 1.5. All my property counters dropped from between 5% (PJ development ) to 50% (Talam) last 6 months .
They need to gather fund to buy massive landbank and cost of sales high at the beginning expected such as advertising for launches. Once ball start rolling, profit will come in. We have a glimpse on the revenue generated. First time ecoworld sdn contributions after right issue. If ecoworld successful own ewi ipo, straight away profit gain from ewi, don't you see that :-)
Yea 84% uptake not bad!! I hope I own 1 units hahaha impossible...then buy the share better....revenue up so fast ...hopefully net profit improve speedly......every weekend you can see all the new paper keep advertising ECOworld..
FINALLY ECOWORLD GOES TO HOLLAND. Profit margin for property developer depends on land cost. Ecoworld bought land at prevailing market price. How to make money if its properties not selling that fast, bear in mind it has to pay interest, and capitalize interest that make cost even higher.

what I can say is marketing in London is also great. I see lots of ecoworld advert and their property sells like hot cakes. The remain two launches at embassy garden and arrowhead quay will be taken up by no time as the location is so good. ArrowHead quay located very close to the financial centre
The cheapest price at London city island is £300k , nearly MYR1.77 million. I think there are targeting Singaporean. The Battersea property (£500k-£1m) mostly snapped up by foreigners and local are complaining that they are not afford to buy any. They bought £1m and come back to market at £1.5m.
So I think ecoworld london is targeting property at lower price point first. I am sure they will be very successful. Considering Ecoworld berhad will own 30% of EWI , I am sure the share price will appreciate.
EWI IPO will be oversubscribe for sure. With their marketing talent, I have no doubt, this will be one of the best investment. This few days stock are oversold by fear of greece collapse and interest rate rise of US and I think it is very good opportunity to buy now.
