KCLow alreadi go tiu low liaw (jump building) ... all his c2peed call also follow tiu low together with kclow. Perak Corp simple company with a lot of cash, a lot of land, NTA more than RM 6, take-over first try at RM 3.90 not successful because too low .... now share price RM 3.20 ... muahahahah ... u still need to think to buy or not ? U better go tiu low together with KClow lar.
