Same as property sales. They built the building and equip it to produce gloves. Now they can sell the lot as VALUE ADDED property dedicated to gloves. Next door is Top Glove and whisper is they might be interested.

Perhaps they knew their own share's value, maybe still not the right price to buy back, I would still say that at support 0.30 cent, perhaps they are start to think to buy back. The real problem property sector in malaysia is they are syok sendiri... develop based on their own, not develop as how the rakyat need. The new mix project is useless if rakyat can't afford to buy. In that value, some parties might have their own share.
