i started collected C22 1 million units @ 0.005 cents cost 20k only last few weeks. If C22 can reach 30 cents, i will become one of the youngest malaysia millionaire. I Hope my dream come true.

MAHSING is is net cash position ,can say in property counter, very rare can have net cash property company

E&O is highly in debt , not much excitement about E&O except for the SSTP project, but that will take long long time only to show in accounts

E&O just complete RM1.3bil in Sukuk Bonds. Debts level will be converted into equity ....just like Mah Sing just complete RM600mil Sukuk Bonds

E&O reclamation of STP2A already completed in December and RM350mil progress billing To KWAP will be recorded In this upcoming quarterly report. And there will be the usual 3sen dividend for E&O

Elwin, you have to wait for E&O to announce 4th quarter report. They will also announce the 3sen dividend and price will then shoot up. Hold on until end of this month.

Latest IB TP mahsing = RM 1 , UEMS = RM 1 ,SPSetia = RM 1.60 soon will update by all IB

Salam,tomorrow our PM will announce our Bank Negara imposes maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 90% for third home loan and Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) ,review our RPGT during Pelan Pemulihan Ekonomi Jangka Pendek at 3 PM tomorrow 5/6/2020. According to my first research, our LTV ratio was 90% for third home loan in 2008,2009.And our OPR rate reduced to 2.00% in 2008,2009. Our bank negara just reduced our OPR rate to 2.00% this year due to covid19 and low oil price. Based on my second research,our RPGT was 0% during 2008,2009 and government most likely will follow back the history. If u look at the buying trend since last week, we can safely says RM0.60 is possible. Huge investor buying just now at RM0.55 and RM0.56. They won't buy for profit lesser than 20%
