i'm positive bias. If you looks from building construction industry point of view - they never slow down since the takeover by PNB, in fact they are more aggressive now then before. the pace of their progress doesn't sound like they are being taken over

only set back, is Liew really going to leave by 2015 ?

kcloh said he got insider information from Sabah politician stating he is leaving - inspired by certain story :),

just assume the opposite should be fine kua :)

3. Declare new target to investors - becoz results good couple with expansion outside Malaysia
4. Reconfirm Liew himself will stay pass next year to ensure the target set is achieved

wrong wrong but understandable in this occasion, I was looking 4 2units n they were able to show /offer me the "second" best location which was not a lot or few 4 bedrooms !!! So, in yr Sifu thinking why didn't this "sale team" jump on this opportunity ?????????????????????????????
