I wonder what happened to this WB? it seem like bottomless keep on breaking it support. I think this is not correction but a retracement and back to their original position. Anyone can make a guess how much this WB can go further downward.

Mother trade at 3.15
warrant over price 0.05 cent expire 21/1/2013
unless mother contiue to go up...
if mother share make a U turn down trend ..... all burn hand

if you have money, then convert it to mother share, below RM 3.20 is attractive. It probably will press until WB expire..

Your cost for SP-WB is 20.5 + convertion 2.99 total = 3.195
currently mother share trade at 3.08
why need to convert to mother share ?
why not sell your warrant at 0.15 cent buy mother directly at 3.08 you only need to top up rm 2.93 instead pay 2.99 for convertion ? or just cut lose..

This warrant expired 21/1/2013 ..... It you buy more to average down your cost price you will very regret.... if SPsetia drop to 2.99.... all your warrant can use as Toilet paper.... all you money invest in warrant gone.....Don Buy !!! better cut lose...

don't sound logic, to more you buy to average the more shares you hold, then the impact will be greater either up or down. is a double edge sword. suggest you think x2 before you average. this one is expiring soon.

the rumour is, once PNB takes over the rein from Liew, most of the contractors and subs are fearful of not getting paid or leaving en mass. i think done by naughty people out there!

few factors :-

1) worry about ship sailing without the navigator in future

2) do not understand the mechanism/effect of private placement - dilution effect

3) exposed to political risk - Malaysia General Election No.13

4) venturing into unknown water - making a new discovery / treasure or one way ticket to disaster

investors with no capability to assess the risks will shy away until situation become more certain
