01批评你的人
古语说：“良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行。”
尽管批评是刺耳的，不易于接受的，但它有利于你的成长和进步。
泰戈尔说：“虚伪的真诚，比魔鬼更可怕。”
现在很多人都明哲保身，圆滑世故，自然不会批评他人；
有的人表面一团和气，私下却说三道四，更不会当面批评人；
还有的人自身不正，未等批评别人，自己先矮三分，当然不会自讨没趣批评你。
前段时间综艺节目《欢乐喜剧人》决赛里，德云社的演员烧饼，以自己的相声生涯来致敬师父郭德纲。
里边有一个场景，是烧饼小的时候整天调皮捣蛋，郭德纲说教了无数次，直到筋疲力尽后，也不再劝说这个“朽木”了，便放手不再管教。
突然没有了鞭策和批评后，烧饼整天无所事事，看着别的师兄弟都日渐精进，自己却无所事事。
当意识到师父是恨铁不成钢，为自己好后，便央求师父对自己的相声加以指导和批评改正。
看到他的诚心悔改后，郭德纲才又一次重新对这颗小树进行教条。 其实，做人就是这样，不要觉得批评的话不好听，更不要以为批评让自己没面子，其实批评自己的人是在帮助自己改正缺点。 能够开口批评你的人其实你的贵人。 有句话说得好：“批评你的人是你今天的敌人，明天的朋友；吹捧你的人是你今天的朋友、明天的敌人。”
因此，不要拒绝和抱怨别人的批评，相反，我们还应该对那些给予我们批评的人表示由衷的感谢！ “言者无罪，闻者足戒”。 我们将对批评的感恩看做一种胸怀和高尚的品德，其实，我们感谢批评自己的人是理所当然的事情，因为有针对性的批评，能够帮助我们少犯错误、少走弯路。
02困境中，拉你一把的人 有一句话说：“最可信任的人，不是你曾经帮助过的人，而是曾经帮助过你的人。” 深以为然。 你的付出不一定有回报，但你收获的真心一定不会假。
帮你的人，因为在乎你，才会为你付出。 相信大家对于张卫健这个人，并不陌生。毕竟在早年的时候，他凭借很多经典角色，获得了一大批粉丝的喜爱。 但是，人生总有起落，河流总有曲折。 1997年金融风暴，张卫健投资失利，差点面临破产。
庆幸当时刘德华赏识他的才能，于是将其签约到新的公司，刘德华自此也就成了张卫健新的老板，并且经常让张卫健拍戏赚钱，以渡过难关。 之后，张卫健为了尽快还钱，他硬着头皮找刘德华借钱。

网上有人说：关键时候能拉你一把的是兄弟，拉你半生的，是父母。
拉你一把的人说：我就是不想看到你那可怜样，更看重你的未来不一样！
所以，感谢在困境中拉你一把的人。
其实想想，为什么雪中送炭更显珍贵？因为，世间最开心的事，就是关键时候被人拉一把。
03 默默关心支持你的人
高尔基说：“最好的朋友是那种不喜欢多说,能与你默默相对而又息息相通的人。” 北宋时期，范仲淹因主张改革，惹怒了朝廷，被贬去颖州。 当范仲淹卷起铺盖离京时，一些平日与他过交甚好的官员，生怕被说成是朋党，纷纷避而远之。
有个叫王质的官员则不然，他虽然生病在家，但是听到这一消息后，依然拖着病体，大大方方地将范仲淹一直送到城门外。
在事后有人曾经问王质：现在别人都不敢靠近范仲淹，生怕受到牵连，难道你王质就不怕吗？ 王质听到之后哈哈一笑,说：我如果能够成为有才有德的范先生的同党，这难道不应该是我的荣幸吗？ 不畏权贵，把朋友放在第一位，这是一种多么高尚的品德啊。
对范仲淹来说，谁是真朋友，谁是假朋友，此时此刻，也就一清二楚了。 在我们的生活当中，有时候经常会被外象所迷惑，而忽略了默默支持你的人，比如父母、伴侣、孩子，还有那些不曾经常联系，但心里永远挂念和支持你的老友。
04写在最后
人的一生会经历很多事，也会遇到很多人，有身边的亲人、朋友，也有生命中的过客，有给我们带来伤害的，也有帮我们渡过劫难的。
是亲人的疼惜、友人的相助、爱人的相守，还有路人的搭手援助，汇成的暖流助我们成长。
当你得意忘形、迷惘无措时，有人鞭策批评，给你指明方向时，是一种幸运；
当穷困潦倒，身处低谷，有人给你救济，渡过难关时，是一种福气；
当你不论何处，都有人能站在身后默默支持着你，是一种幸福。
所以，珍惜批评你的人，感谢拉你走出困境的人，铭记时刻挂念你的人。
