Malaysia in deal with China for Covid-19 vaccine development

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia said on Wednesday it has signed an agreement with China to cooperate on the development of a safe and efficacious vaccine, as part of efforts to combat the Covid-19 pandemic.

Under the agreement, in force for an initial period of five years, the Southeast Asian nation will be given priority access to Covid-19 vaccines developed by China. Both will share knowledge and expertise and facilitate scientific and technological capabilities to advance vaccine development in their countries, Malaysia said in a joint ministerial statement.
Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin signed the agreement with his Chinese counterpart Wang Zhigang in a virtual ceremony.

Cooperation between Malaysia and China under the agreement would be supervised by a committee chaired by the foreign affairs ministers of both countries that was formed in October to address post-pandemic challenges.

"Both countries will also support the participation of their public and private sectors including universities, institutions, societies and organisations in joint collaborative projects," the Malaysian ministries said.

做一个自律的人，负能量用来成长，正能量用来前进
不知道大家有没有发现，娱乐圈因为“胖”上热搜的明星还真不在少数。
但是当你在好奇心的驱使下点进去一看，发现哪有那么多明星是真的胖了，他们比标准体重瘦，而且瘦得可不是一斤两斤。
之所以有那么多明星被人说胖，先排除一部分真的胖了的人，剩下的都只是因为上镜显胖，但实际上本人瘦得像跟竹竿子一样。
之前看过一个《明星有多么自律》的文章，里面盘点了张天爱为了减肥，点了炸鸡也只敢吃一点点外皮；杨幂上节目吃米线只吃了一根；迪丽热巴面包只吃一小点；权志龙为了演唱会瘦到了105斤......
你可以说因为他们是明星，所以必须要自律。但是明星也是普通人，他们能做到的自律，你为什么要找借口说自己做不到呢？
01自律是靠嘴巴说吗？ 胖的人常常喊着：“我吃完这碗饭，明天就减肥。”但是吃了这碗以后明天还会吃得更多；学渣嘴里常常说；“我今天玩儿个通宵，明天就开始好好学习。”到了第二天他却在课堂上睡得很沉；熬夜的人总是喊着：“我今天晚上最后一天晚上熬夜，明天绝对不熬夜了。”到了夜晚却比谁都精神...... 所以，他们总是在这样“一天推一天，天天喊口号”的日子里安闲度日，等到了某天便开始后悔，然后又继续不自律，就这样一直恶性循环下去。
不说远了，就拿我邻居姐姐来说吧。以前的她成绩很好，每天放学回家都会自己乖乖地完成作业，每次考试也总是考班上前几名，可以说是妥妥的“别人家的孩子”。那个时候，我妈也老是拿她当我的榜样，每天拿我跟她比，但我也不烦，因为我确实挺佩服她的。 但是高考考完，她的成绩却让人大跌眼镜，离本科线还差了六十几分。但是她妈妈却并没有很失望，因为是已经失望过了。
上了高中以后的她渐渐不自律了，而且学会了偷偷地藏着偷懒，给父母保证会好好学习的口号也是喊了不少。但是每次考试还是一次比一次差，久而久之，她的父母便不再抱希望了。
因为希望越大，失望越大。
02 “喝鸡汤”喝得越多，就会越自律吗？
毋庸置疑的是，绝大多数的人都喜欢“心灵鸡汤”，这也算得上是一种正能量吧，每次看完都让人像打了鸡血一样，但是过了一会儿便抛之脑后，继续颓废。
而有的人，或许是喝腻了“心灵鸡汤”，转而像“毒鸡汤”下手了，他们开始看一些负能量的故事，企图带入自己的经历，然后骂醒自己。
不管两者喝的“鸡汤”有何不同，但是他们都是在自救，但是这也容易使他们“越喝越上瘾”，而且最可怕的是“只喝不动”，这样下去只会颓废得心安理得。 我也爱喝“心灵鸡汤”，在我学生时代就一直喜欢。尤其是在高三的时候，我的桌子上贴满了“正能量”，有现代的网红正能量，也有古人的名言。
但是有什么作用呢？没有。有的只是在我失败的时候让我远离难过，重新找回信心，接着便想：我之所以失败，肯定是因为这次的“鸡汤”不够毒或者我喝得不够多。再接着上网搜一些“心灵鸡汤”来更换上一碗。
这样下去的结果我想你也已经猜到了，没错，我高考失利了。 看吧，不自律的人都把时间浪费在“喝鸡汤”上面去了，而从没想过把自己也变成“别人的鸡汤”。
03自律的人“喝鸡汤”是有限度的
我们常常羡慕那些自律的人，并且想成为那样的人。
我相信大家都看过一些正能量的故事。里面的主人公们个个都是逆袭的人，而且从开头你就知道要写他的艰辛和经历过的苦难，而结尾往往是他成功了。
确实，这样的故事一看完，人人都信心倍增，都觉得“我又行了”。
你知道你和自律的人差在哪里吗？他们看完一篇就马上开始行动了，而你看完一篇还觉得没看够。
我记得我上高一的时候，我们学校有一位凤靡全校的学霸。这位学霸是位女生，她在一众理科男生中杀出重围，次次稳夺第一名，让那些男生备受打击。
而我有幸作为校学生会的成员采访过她一次，在了解了她的日常以后，我不禁感慨，人成功都是有原因的。
她高一才到理科班的时候，成绩是垫底，但是她不甘心，并且一直坚信一句话：命是弱者的借口，运是强者的谦词。她不相信女生学理科就一定比男生差。再又一次考倒数之后，她开始行动了。
每天早上准时五点半起床，在别人还在被窝里打鼾的时候她就已经开始学习了，等到了学校以后，就算想打瞌睡也会狠狠掐自己，遇到不会的题当天必须把它解决，哪怕死磕到底。
但是一开始的效果并不明显，这让她很是受伤，但是颓废了一会儿之后，她便从那种负面情绪里脱离了出来，开始制定适合自己的学习计划。
就这样，一直坚持下去，也成为了一个妥妥的学霸。
04 成功的人也有负能量，但是他们会把它当作一种成长，并在失败当中总结教训和经验，期待自己下次不会再犯同样的错误，而能做得更好。 成功的人也喝“心灵鸡汤”，但是他们只把那一句话当做自己的人生格言，并且朝着正确的方向前进。
你的失败肯定和你的不自律脱不了干系，但是你却因为一点小挫折便感觉天都要塌了那般，然后深陷其中无法自拔，而在这个时候，别人会趁你颓废而赶超你。对于你来说，只有害没有利。 不管你是成功人士，还是尚未成功的人，大家都是普通人，而不同的一点便是，自律的人有一个好心态，而不自律的你心态过于好了，便颓废得心安理得。
