Between Ekovest and IWCity, the former is clearly the better one, fundamentally speaking. It has crashed simply because of the related party deal to bail out IWCity. Now that the sucker deal is off, big recovery should happen isn't it?

Only clue is EKOVEST abort deal to buy land from IWH for almost RM1bil last week. And it has been sometime that IWH looking to list its assets to raise fund for Bandar Malaysia. So, what other plans now?
