Botak wants to list 25% of Duke to raise 2B. He says Duke worth 11 to 12B. After subtracting total liabilities of 7.95B, add all cash & equivalent of 1.52B, we get 4.57B or 1.7 per share. Many have seen it's value but fell into this value trap losing a lot of money. Now Duke is almost completed. If Botak succeeded to unlock it's value then hoseh liao!

Few yrs ago ppl alrdy started valuation on Duke. Forecasting traffic flow & income. Unfortunately too many Indian movies happened. All lost until mama can't recognize. Buying at the right timing is very important. Now share price has battered down almost all time low & Duke 3 is about to complete. Must revisit this stock.
The company had applied to Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia for an extension of time to complete the project, approval of which is expected to be received by end-November 2020. The extension sought is to March 2022, but DUKE 3 has an internal target to complete SPE and start tolling operations by July 2021.

hold on for another 2 more months, once the market open up, all chase like no tomorrow. quite certain everything will be good after merdeka day. base on the vacinnation speed, it will reach 50% on 31 Aug. don't give up now.
Termination on bandar malaysia would be a good for now , at least there is no penalty being paid especially termination of HSR. Without HSR , bandar malaysia is not a good development.
now everyone is monetising their companies. so many IPO lately. whats more important than pocketing cash in time of uncertainty? listing Duke should be botak priority. pouring billions into BM will bring botak to Holland.
kang kung kia is so lucky. imagine the bandar malaysia developed without hsr, without fortune 500 companies joining, it would be like a second cyberjaya? those who bought their first investment nearby there with speculation got their hand burnt.

From my perspective , this is a good move for IWH , keep the cash first to seek better opportunity. Currently having BM is a big black hole, despite so many SME business is closing down.
From the termination, there is no penalty issued to IWH-CREC. Nobody know this covid will last how long.
Perhaps with this cash they can venture to other prominent business, like what they initially invested in PLS plantation
I will try to sell my Ekovest tomorrow and switch to IWCity. IWH and CREC is going to be cash rich with RM1.54bil refund from govt. There is a good chance IWH may take IWCity private at current price.
IWH will have 50% of the RM1.54billion refund from MOF. That’s RM777 million. They just can’t park the money in the company. IWH is almost debt free. Very likely they will invest the money. My guess is they will take IWCity private at current low price of 1/3 of NAV.
