I believe still lots of time to collect MK land, Property counters will hit rock bottom post election. So no hurry if one is optimistic of MK land performance in future.But for me I am not too sure if it still run like a sole proprietor. At the meantime hit and run is the norm.

It is so weird...ppl are so interested to drive up troubled PN17 Perisai petroleum to the sky up to 100% gain in just 1 day, while Mkland with massive 4,930 acres of land nobody even wanna buy, yet ppl are so eager to dump Mkland...What is wrong with Malaysian mentality when it comes to rationale investment sense...Very shameful and dumb!!!
It is a reality check tat investors has turned bursa into a casino play where they only interested in something tat can reward them profit in the fastest way but exposed them to 100% risk...
Maybe it's got to do with feud between P.Kasi and the main shareholders. Once MKLAND share price moving upward, he would sell his shares .... at the rate it is going, it will take many years .. unless, someone offering him outright purchase for his stake?
It is stated by them there could be more tax bill penalty to come fm IRB tat could further burden Mkland in the future...just get prepared for more downside of its share price...target price 0.20

Look nick...a bull Mkt doesn't mean it will lift up all stocks...and a bear mkt doesn't mean it will sink down all stocks.. Nemesis Dow John very high now . Even if there is a small bull run for Malaysia b4 election, the market most likely will be badly affected once Dow John has a major correction.
Tat is why I need to caution you mkt crash could happen anytime after election...Even if the bull is charging ahead, doesn't mean Mkland will up bcos investors are running away fm property stocks...Oil n Gas will the the shining star and the greatest loser will be property stocks for 2018 even if the bull market continues...So will 2018 will be another 2008 global mkt Great Crash??? nemesis actually I want to ask people must hold mkland this counter is very undervalued. belive me mkland is the best property counter . second is tambun and ksl mkland no problem. strong one be patient . mkland better than tropicana
share is very weird thing . if you sold sure up . hold is the best choice. I hold puc and hibiscus when cheap about 18months then made more than 100% of my capital. mkland I buy above 30sen now loss about 20% yes I still hold already one year plus yes loss 20% also suffer already paper loss a few thousands but now 23sen we only can hold or buy more . just my own views but so far mkland still got jobs got lands got cash I cannot find a single reason to sell at 23sen . and one more thing - mkland for past history is made net profit never loss only made money and net profit counter. and got many properties counters made loss but share still good mkland is gold
