I dont know..i am still with my BUY CALL..because too cheap based on Discount NTA ...contra player definitely cannot cari makan..but STRATEGIC investor...this counter definitely make us tempted to add on to our portfolio...because logically, after taking into consideration all, not many counter within Property Development have strategic assets within Klang Valley and other growth area with HUGE Landback per say. :)..

It was done few times at 0.26 previously...very sure it will come down to 0.26 soon...if they lose 80 mil court case to IRB even better as then u will see Mkland at 0.22-23...

no further bad news could have bring down Mkland, cos it has hit rock bottom at 0.26...even the 80 mil tax penalty fm IRB already priced in the current price...in stock mkt anything that has reached Rock bottom will bounce back soon, as it has hit the oversold position...
MK Land is too cheap liau. It's a sweet target for take over is the current management team boh kau lat.Whole company is valued at only RM300m whereas its potential GDV is in the billions. Better get some before its too late.

What I fear most is tat management intentionally pressed down the price for privatisation...BIG BOYS like IJM, mahsing, and Ecoworld should take over Mkland since it is dirt cheap now...just take over to claim their entire land n reshuffle the whole lousy management...

Is there such a report? It is a good thing they sold cheap to ME last time as they turn DP into a goldmine...the remaining 230 acres Mkland now holding is the most precious land in klang valley now...Empire will buy more DP land fm Mk at very expensive price in the future
.... it appears that these plots are the parcels purchased by Mammoth Empire in 2010 and 2011. Records showed that in 2010, Mammoth Empire had bought a 41-acre site and a 16.83-acre site on Jalan PJU8/8 from Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd.
Saujana Triangle is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MK Land Holdings Bhd. Both parcels were purchased for an estimated RM130 million. The price of the larger parcel was an estimated RM55 per sq ft, and the smaller one at RM40 per sq ft.
In 2011, Foster Estate purchased another parcel of land along Jalan PJS 8/8. This 6.33-acre parcel was purchased from Crest Builder Sdn Bhd, a unit of Crest Builder Holdings Bhd, at RM57.53 million or RM208 per sq ft.
RM 40 per sq ft versus RM 208 per sq ft, why is the land bought from Crest at a price 5.2 times as high as the land bought from MK Land, roughly at the same time?
The difference looks extreme, minority shareholders of MK Land should query their company if the land was sold too cheap...Quote extracted from MA Wind.

Why Mkland was so dumb to sell its DP land to Mammoth Empire at such a far below market value price...Wow 58 acres of Damansara prime landbank sold to Empire at just 130 mil What a stupid deal!...today Empire is advertising tis 58 acres for sale at 800 mil, more than five times higher than what Empire paid to MK last time...OMG why sold so cheap to Empire????? NOW they are laughing to sell tat land at 800 mil...they could rake in at least 600 mil net profit for tis plot of land sale...It is proven once again tat MK management is so weak and unwise tat they failed to see the future value of its landbank...it is proven in its share price too...A company tat has massive landbank but share price depressed at 0.26...very disappointing...Mkland really needs intelligent new blood to push the company forward...All of us here wanted to know why MK sold so cheap to Empire last time, and because of tis land sale also, Mkland is slapped with 80 mil tax penalty, really double impact for Mkland...
I m very sure the current land in which Empire City is sitting on now was also purchased fm Mkland too at dirt cheap price last time...bcos it was reported Empire so far has purchased 4 plot of strategic DP land from Mkland at dirt cheap price from 2007-2011...tat is where the 80 bil tax bill penalty comes from...If they didn't sell to Empire last time, Mkland won't be in deep shit with the tax penalty n have larger plot of Damansara perdana landbank...
