Price is on uptrend even it drops from 30c to 20c. Accumulation creates less shares in the market. That's why mkland is on uptrend. Look at weekly mkland chart, u will see:)
Well I m not convinced Mkland could run like Sedania but in stock market everything is possible...Almost 95% of MK's projects are low cost development affordable housing...These segment of products are sought after even in a downturn cycle...furthermore there is plenty of land to dispose to convert to cash soon...Damansara Perdana land alone worth at least 3.3 bil...
