i thought fews month ago the company expect the co can get a double digit gain on EPS for this FY
If the news that the proceed from the sales of land already receive b4 july this year , i guess our dream can come true.
Can any one confirm this?

When the EPS is 3.3 sen the share price was in the range of 0.36 to 0.37. If the Counter obtain double digit gain on Eps , can some one calculate the estimate price for me ?

i expect EPS for MKLAND to be around 4.5 sen for full yr result so it sud settle ard 0.55 by year end...But if they manage to sell their setiawangsa land then it is worth above 0.60
