4th quarter result will include the gain from deposal of land in dmsara Perdana last year. So expect the net profit and revenue will be record high than previous years.

You have to buy & hold till the entitlement date 05/08/2014, if you sell before 05/08/2014 you not get any dividend

to entitle the dividend payout, you need to hold the shares until 1 August (ex-date), not 5 august.
