go see Tsh Annual Report

scroll down to Top 10 assets owned by Tsh

Tsh got lots of assets not listed (to see all assets then go see year 2009 Tsh annual report) there are so many assets of value listed

And now the actual book value of Bulugan lands is Rm255.4 millions

so Tsh will make a whopping Rm475 million profit or about 31 sen

And if you see the book value Rm255.4 mil compared to current value of Rm731.09 price is up by 186%

so Tsh Nta if revalue up by 186% will be over Rm2.50 a share

one in Kutai East
total is 94,700 acres or about 52% of Spore land size of 180,000 acres

book value as low as Rm5000 per acre

if revalue now or years later Tsh Nta might go over Rm5 or more easily

lol if 711m use to pay debts and other cost, meaning there is less debts to pay monthly and other cost already covered, which means monthly earnings no need to pay debts and no need to pay for costs that are already covered right?

So this means monthly cash flow increase and earnings translates to cash on hand instead of payment to banks right? Won't that mean there's more profit and cash at the end of the day? No or less debts means more cash in pockets after operating cost la... aiyo... means month-to-month profit improve, means dividends can still go up since there's improvement to profit la... budak budak sour grapes chill la... even fresh graduate also know this common sense thing..

Actually all businesses expand by borrowing monies to buy assets and inventories

Some buy depreciating assets like ship, plane, car, computer and others which can rust and decay

Palm oil co must buy lands to plant or build palm oil mills

And while others lost lots of value lands over a long time go up in value

So bulugan land bought at Rm255.4 millions have gone up by a whopping Rm465 millions in profit

Looks like Bulugan Land rise even better than planting palm oil

I heard Ffb in Kedah dropped to Rm500 and in sitiawan dropped to Rm680

That meansTsh Cpo cost of production could drop below Rm2000

At Rm4000 there is a huge 100% gross profit

No other busineses can even make half it's profit like palm oil now

Yes, with another three quarters net cash inflows and RM711 cash receipts from land sales, by as early as first quarter of 2023 the company should be debts free then.
It will be another cash cow like Innoprise.
