Today is ex div and Ah Pen continue to buy. I thought he would stop buying and settle down to collect dividends. Looks like he got bigger intention then just getting dividends. Big story should be coming.

Today Chairman Kelvin Tan bought 500,000 shares at average cost of Rm1.043

As he got more than Rm26 millions in dividends he will be able to buy more if Tsh is cheaper

Those shares Kelvin bought at Rm1.80 peak (he bought and sold mine) his 8 sen dividend gives a yield of 4.4% (better than Bank FD)

now the price of Tsh at Rm1.00 and should Tsh continues to give 8 sen dividend at least yearly the yield will be 8% which is 3x bank Fd

This Tsh will be a great defensive dividend stock

In August result Tsh showed PAX (profit after tax) of Rm57 millions

one year means Tsh can earn Rm228 millions

This 8 sen dividend equals to Rm111 millions which is not even 50% of yearly earnings

So 8 sen being 1st interim dividend Tsh can certainly pay another one or two more extra dividends like Inno

That will be good to sustain all while waiting for land boom in Nusantara plus the ever profitable business of milling and refinery as well

A) ED Tan is resigned on June 2022 



B ) Ex CFO is resigned on June 2022

an 8 sen interim dividend from Tsh tells us Company is healthy
.
So many companies not only give no dividehd but asking for monies by rights issues

Tsh now is in principle debt free and able to pay out good dividends

In year 2007 Sabah Govt asked Tsh Board of Directors to manage Innoplant

Tsh also bought 105 million shares of Inno or 21.95% to be Inno top 2nd holder

Later Inno started to give out 80% profit as dividend
