If b40 is implemented very likely there will be serious shortage of palm oil when china fully reopen in 2023 coupled with flooding and low peak season. Thats why for now b35 is implemented until feedstock supply is further increase in future.

Biodiesel B35 Will Run Next Year, How come it won't become B40 Pak Jokowi?

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) asked that the mandatory implementation of the 35% biodiesel blend or B35 program be implemented from January 2023.

Later, B35 will be used as a mixture for diesel fuel, with a ratio of 65% diesel and 35% biodiesel.

The application of B35 is down compared to the original plan which would apply a 40% biodiesel blend (B40). In fact, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has already conducted road tests for B40 from July to November 2022.

So, why suddenly B35 will be implemented next year instead of B40?

The Director General (Dirjen) of New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Dadan Kusdiana, also explained the reasons for the decision to implement B35 instead of B40 as originally planned.

Dadan acknowledged that the government had conducted trials on B40 and showed positive results, both from laboratory tests and road tests. However, he said that the determination of the B35 policy had gone through careful consideration.

"We did test B40, and the results were positive, both in the lab test and the road test," he told CNBC Indonesia, Thursday (8/12/2022).

Dadan revealed that the considerations that had been reviewed by the government so that it finally decided to implement B35 included readiness to supply raw materials, infrastructure readiness, and anticipation of B35 incentives.

"The policy for determining B35 certainly considers matters such as supply readiness , infrastructure readiness and also anticipation of the amount of biodiesel incentives," he explained.

Dadan also said that the government was ready to implement B35 at the beginning of next year. This is evidenced by the results of trials that there are no significant obstacles.

"Ten of the 12 vehicles used in the road test have completed the road test with the result that there were no significant problems. The biodiesel specifications for B35 will then be determined," he explained.

Therefore, his party is optimistic that the implementation of B35 in Indonesia can start in January 2023. This is also a form of government anticipation of rising world oil prices and also to reduce diesel imports.

"Hopefully the B35 program can be implemented from January 2023," he said.

With the implementation of B35, according to him the allocation of biodiesel in 2023 will increase to 13 million kilo liters (kl), from the 2022 allocation of 11.02 million cl.

Dadan said this was based on calculations and considerations for domestic diesel fuel consumption growth.

"Based on calculations taking into account fuel consumption growth, the allocation of biodiesel for the 2023 B35 program is estimated to be around 13 million KL," he said.

Previously, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources had conducted a B40 road test by the Lemigas Oil and Gas Testing Center involving the KEBTKE Survey and Testing Center and the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) through funding from the Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS). ) submitted by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Directorate General of EBTKE.

The fuel formulation used in the B40 road test was B30D10 with a mixed formula of 30% Biodiesel or B100 and 10% Biodiesel. The type tested was B40 with a mixed formula of 40% Biodiesel plus 60% Solar (B0).

Loans Rm500 mil (loan was over Rm1.3 bil not long ago)

CASH IS RM360 MILLIONS

ANOTHER RM238 MILLIONS ON THE WAY FROM LAND SOLD

TSH BEING DEBT FREE WILL NOW BE ABLE TO GIVE GOOD DIVIDENDS

All palm oil co survived when Cpo was Rm2200 in year 2019

Why?

Because cost of Cpo production was only Rm1400 to Rm1600 then

Now that cost of labour and fertilizer are up the cost of Cpo production has gone up to Rm2200 more or less

But Cpo prices now range from Rm3800 to Rm4200(higher than year 2019'by Rm1500 to Rm2000

So there is now lots of actual profits at the bottom line

All the high profits will result in

1. Reduction of bank loans

Jtiasa debt was Rm800 mil in year 2017 and now loan is pared down to only Rm257 millions

One qtr profit of Jtiasa is

Rm33.9 millions (pax) profit after tax

As a result jtiasa has given 2.8 sen dividend which is 5.6%

Fong Siling aka Cold Eye has now appeared in Top 17 of Jtiasa with 5 million Jtiasa shares

At 40 sen total dividend Taann is giving 10% dividend yield at price of Rm4.00

Taann was only Rm2.75 in year 2020 when we switched from glove to palm oil

Sop has given one free bonus for two

It has increased it's dividend by a special interim dividend

SOP revenue one qtr alone is Rm1.32 Billions

With 300,000 maturing palm oil SOP will see high yield for years to come

SOP 300,000 palm oil land is bigger than Spore total of landmass of 180000 acres

Certainly not a pebble like shchan with tiny weeny small small lands

Thplant also just gave 1.5 sen dividend

Thplant has 240,000 acres of palm oil lands

Loan now shrunk to only Rm890 millions

Thplant has Rm160 mil in cash or about 12.6 sen (sure can afford to give more dividend )

Loan less cash is Rm730 mil debt

Listed on balance sheet are 7 plotsof lands in Sarawak for sale at Rm749 million

Once sold Thplant will be instantly debt free

In kemaman Thplant has few thousand acres with book value only Rm4000 per acre

If sold at market value they will be 15x to 20x more in value

Thplant has immense stored value in it's landbanks

In times so uncertain like now better stay very safe in palm oil shares

All palm oil companies did ok in year 2019 when Cpo was Rm2200

Now Cpo above Rm3800 to Rm4200 all palmoil co see their debts melt away from high cash inflow

As a result all can give out better and better dividend

Some like Knm, Serba or others can suddenly fall into pn17

So stay safest

Stay in palm oil as there is

Real earning
Real dividend
Real margin of safety

Everyone can see food prices are up as Cooking oil prices are high and palmoil companies are doing very well

Here Tsh has given 3 sen dividend early this year and will be giving another 8 sen dividend soon

So we got a total of 11 sen dividend

That is more than 10% dividend

Matter of time Fong Siling aka Cold Eye who is in Top 30 of Inno will buy into Tsh as well

This is productive investing

Last time Daiman boss also bought Daiman(diamond) from Rm1.20

He bought and bought Diamond from Rm1.20 all the way up after weeks, months and years

Finally when Daiman reached Rm2.20 he offered Rm3.00 and took Daiman private

All through those times Daiman gave out dividends

So now Tsh giving dividends we should all the more hold Tsh tenaciously with the Director

None of them is wrong, either way.
One person promoted it from 1.12 to 1.89 and still promoting it from 90c until 1.00 today and pocketed 3c + 8c dividend so far.
The other one continue to demote it from 90c until today 1.00 and still no sign of stopping.
My (personal) conclusion is:
None of them writing days and nights can affect the share price.

so wirhout fanfare, hooha or noise Bonia share price has gone up by 487% in 4 years

one up 120% for each year of the four years from 2018 till now

If all were to to reinvest all dividends give by Bonia then total performance is over 500%

that is the power of holding value share longer term plus compounding the dividends received

Will anyone be able to hold Tsh for next four years to SEE?
