Yes when Inno started to give good dividends price of Inno surged up from 50 sen to over Rm1.50

After Tsh has finally paid off all it's borrowings and start giving out consistent and incremental dividends prices will rise

one day Tsh will overtake Inno

by then people will chase

for now we hold

and buy more when there is extra funds

Been swinging between RM 1 and RM 1.20.
It's a far cry from RM 1.80 region.
Reality is, 60 sen per share loss is a reality for now.

Why no go warn them and come kacau TSH which is as good as Ijmplant taken over by KLK for Rm3.10 (from Rm1.86)

To buy and follow Tsh Chairman buying over 340 million shares (he is now Top holder of Tsh )

Warren Buffet likes Co Directors or Insiders who use their hard earned monies to buy own co shares

no other co is like Tsh in Malaysia or Singapore in which Chairman has bought till over 340 million own co shares like Tsh Chairman for whole of last year

and so we follow

We bought Tsh at Rm1.09 and at the same time we bought Ijmplant at Rm1.86 ( both are very similar co with same palm oil estates located in Sabah, East Kalimantan and Sumatra )

If Klk can value Ijmplant at Rm3.10 we see no reason why Tsh should remain at Rm1.09 unless it is suppressed by Rss of IB banks to kill the Call warrants they issued on Tsh

this is a very good opportunity to buy more cheap Tsh mother shares on offer

with so much clarity and certainty we invest CONFIDENTLY AND HOLD TENACIOUSLY

Nusantara the new Capital is in Kutai regency where Tsh has 94700 acres of palm oil estates bought very cheaply in year 2008 about 15 years ago

it is still sitting on old book value of Rm5k an acre of a mere 13 sen psf

At the current time land prices in Nusantara has reached 350,000 rupiah per meter or almost Rm10.00 per SQ ft

we are able to go back in time to buy these lands at old book value at only 13 sen psf since those lands are not yet revalued

This 94700 acres are about 52% land size of Spore 180,000 acres

Like the lands sold in Bulugan Regency for Rm731.09 millions (just north of Balik Papan where Nusantara is located) Tsh made Rm465 millions profit so Tsh will reap a golden windfall one day when any of the 4 estates in Kutai/Nusantara are sold for housing development in future
