Still no volume.
Boss dint pay for manipulator to bring up the price.
No volumes these few days. Unlikely foreign investor collecting the share.
Most of the time the trade done at 1lot, 5 lots.
Side way is the answer.
Can wait some more to c how far it can drop.

Ok the latest info from Nusantara land boom

At the moment land prices in Nusantara has climbed up to 350,000 rupiah per meter which is about Rm9 per sq ft

Still cheaper than lands in Putrajaya which is now over Rm150 per sq ft in prime area

The book value of Tsh 94700 acre land in Nusantara is only 13 sen psf book value

And 94700 acres are over 4 billion sq ft

If we only revalue Tsh land there to just only Rm1 psf it will be Rm4 Billions which is more than Rm2.50 cash per share

In the far far future lands in Nusantara will continue to rise

If at Rm10 psf then it will be Rm25 cash per share

By year 2045 when Nusantara is fully developed like Putrajaya then land prices could go up as high as Rm100 per sq ft

Then 4 billion sq ft will reach Rm250 per share value

Now what must all palm oil investors do?

Answer:

Stop buying palm oil call warrants

Stop listening to IB banks attack on palm oil and if possible stop using their services

And if they persist then switch to non attacking Security firms like M&A, Bj capital, pm securities, TA Enterprize, apex securities and others
