Both OCB & PCCS are selling at deep discount to Net Assets. Last time I did a study on PCCS and saw some irregularity in their Cambodian operations. I hope they don't siphon out monies from there. In any case Insiders are nibbling. At this depressed price should not fall more.

As for OCB wait for some catalyst. If there is a major flood event then maybe sale of bedding will increase. Of course we don't hope for calamity like a flood which is bad.

Now for something more positive. I like Ta Enterprize as today Govt has removed stamp duty for 2nd & 3rd liners. TA has high NTA of Rm1.50. Assets in prime area still at old book value.

You can study & decide.

2nd day since market rebound yesterday. Should see higher price movement today. Buying volumes higher than selling volumes ranging from 0.715 to 0.745 except 0.725.

Yesterday's RSI (14) 70.71 showed some formidable strength. If indication is valid, buying power is in strong demand. Hence, there should be some excitement in ascending price movement today.

Barring cautious sentiment or unforeseen circumstances, it could possibly take off from yesterday's close at 0.705 through 0.745 and beyond.

Hopefully it can break the 52-week high of 0.880 on 2 March with trading volume of 34,571,200.
