Ally, I know the warrants will be given free to shareholders holding during the ex date. I’m talking about folks exercising their warrants. Exercising warrants will affect the mother share price. Perhaps the word “adjustment” is misleading

Usually warrant will trade at "out of the money condition". I never see a fresh warrant trade at "in the money condition". Unlikely someone go and convert his/her warrant to mother share at this period.
Exercising warrant wouldn't affect mother share price performance.

convert to mother and do all the paper work and submit RM1.77 and then wait 2 week to list..

At current price, no way lo....unless it is rm3 and above.

No point to exercise the warrent. They operator will have to goreng up the warrent by lifting the mother si that they can run out. The leverage from the warrent will give you much higher capital gain

@zhipui as long as you buy before exdate and hold until exdate, you entitle to have the warrant

Worthwhile to accumulate more as I reckon warrants will be listed at least 0.60.
You need to wait 2 trading days tho to reach the 0.60 as 1st trading day Warrants will limit up at 0.305.

I agree with Ally. SCIB now is no longer a counter for contra traders. I contra/day traded this late last week (and a bit this Mon)

Buy now and hold to get the free warrants. And then hold on to those warrants when you get them, don’t exercise even if the warrant date listing comes out (which hasn’t been announced)
