Jokes aside, attendees have a chance to receive first hand information on order books, the tenders they are now participating, Directors to shade some lights on their chances on these tenders, the updates on unbilled sales, etc.

Stay back and ask the super investor Fong Siling why he has tripled his stakes in Gadang recently.

Gadang has its comparative advantage to bid for it. Thirdly, many people doubt property sector dampens severely due to macro factors. But, you can see the demand is still there. The problem is the difficulty of getting loan. Just in case Central Bank relaxes the interst rate to boost domestic GDP (recently hardly feasible because interest hike is preferable). It is just a matter of time. Malaysia median population is from 25 to 40. These age-group people have a strong demand to get a home. Why should you worry sonce the growth is there? Housing market issue is just cyclical. Furthermore, the profit contribution from CAPITAL 21 has been lockes in. It is a sure thing. I am from Malacca and I know HATTERN Group is a reliabke developer with lucrative business strategy. Most modern skyscrapers and malls are signature works delivered by HATTERN. Fourthly, if you have travelled to Indonesia, you can feel how overwhelming this gigantic regional emerging economy is. Wherever there are living beings, there must be demand for water and power. This is definitely a strong selling point of GADANG comparing to MITRA and peers.

Also, I strongly agree with GADANG'S decision of buying land in Semenyih. Semenyih is an emerging neighbourhood in Klang Valley. One day, it can be a prime location for middle upper class just same as what we see in Setia Alam in Meru. Also, the ten-year PR1MA housinh project in Cyberjaya is promising. Think like a businessman, you will know why GADAND is able to be so picky in bidding for contracts. Those low margin ones it chooses to give up. Because it knows its strengths and would like to establish strong working capital for its mega development plan in the following years. Don't be silly when you say Gadang is not proactive enough to secure its bread and butter ( construction sector). The management has its own strategy to ensure sustainable growth. I attended EGM Previously and I feel Kok Onn and his team are credible and trusted.

Everyone holds it tight. Don't queue for selling. Then, the price will hike. However, in real life, game theory says that most human beings will be trapped in "prisoner dilemma". They say yes together we are united and not to sell the shares off but they stealthily sell and realize the tiny profit. This is interesting point of how laissez faire economy works.
