u can convert the warrant to share but need to pay.. as i said will cause the share base to increase and dilute the eps.

all sifu here.. just wanna ask right.. based on the cost now @ 2.80.. split share then become 1.40.. then bonus issue of 1 share for 4 existing shares.. so 1.40 dividend by 4 times 3 = 1.05.. samo bonus warrant.. not sure if bonus warrant will cause the share to drop or not.. my calculation above correct ar??

last year agm tan sri kok onn say wont issue bonus share because worry about eps dilution . now he issue bonus share/share split & free warrant. following report EPS increase in big way ??? by capital city & confident secure huge project???

some company got a lot contracts, revenue goes up but net profit goes down. lousy management.

Company with good management get contract and able to churn out good profit out of it through excellence project execution.

Good management always thinking one step ahead, I like the no nonsense style of management in Gadang.

i have both gadang & gkent,but i more prefer gadang because of capable secure & completed multiple mega project. gadang business also more diversify & management team also very capable to ensure higher profit margin.

furthermore, profit from capital city project will ensure gadang high eps growth sustainable in next 2-3 year (Like Gkent Lrt3)

sooner or later, i still believe gadang will secure 2 -3 billion project within 12 month.

in term of PE , gadang is more upside % compare gkent. (^o^)

I agree with Thomas Lim, TP RM3.50 seem possible due to latest corporate exercise development. Selling now is just too cheap, both from fundamental and technical aspect.
