Unlike last time, nowadays this kind of corporate exercise can be completed very quickly. Very soon we will see the split and bonus shares and free warrants credited into our account. By next quarter when results out, the penny shares will start running as PER is less than 7 times. Every 1 sen goes up will translate into 3 sen gain (and the free warrants, slurps).... not late to buy now. Jump in !!!

it won't have effect if the PER is already high. But if PER is low, and after split into penny size, the reality will sink in and many people will get attracted by the "cheapness"

"split and bonus doesn't add value" is what people teaches you in theory. In real life, it is different. The market does actually give value to this kind of exercise if the stock is clearly undervalued

Look at the good examples of VS and Hevea previously, it is the best way to unlock the fair value since this stock is really undervalued.
Patience to wait for durian to drop, you will win big. There is no right or wrong, let time tells who is right.

Bonus issue means the retained earnings or reserves will be converted to Share Capital. Shares split means the par value will be reduced and hence the outstanding shares increases.
