is gadang consistent in earnings? cashflow +ve? lots of projects?

1year chart price cheap? i tot they have kwasa land in kota damansara right? this is long term play.

u just have to make ur own decision...of course its never easy la.

honestly i havent follow gadang so i dun know. as in all, keep spare cash in reserve just in case.

What running out of order book?

The Kwasa project inked in this quarter, and you will see it in the next quarter result.

Quarter report is about what already happened 2-3 months behind. You can't find things happened in Sep-Dec in the report until the next report in Feb.

If got people bought Gadang during Kwasa project announcement which brought up its share price recently, then go and sell after seeing something happened b4 their reason of buying, something is wrong somewhere in the thinking lah.

For Kwasa JV project, it's still long way to go, planning, negotiations with landlord for planning, launching, sales, construction & delivery. The early stage is the one none productive but important for later stage. With property market is so bad now, even hua yang cant avoid hitting low property sales.
