long term = no effect if future prospect is good, short term share price might be stagnant.
anyway it depends on the overall market sentiment, if market is down, more or less the share price will get affected.

It is indeed a good news. As per 5 day average weighted price Gadang shall have good support at 1.74. For xample, silk has issued pp at 72 cents recently, the share price up 20% abive its pp price.

For sure, the party who taken pp must make sure their entry cost is profitable. Thats why i dun think Gadang will drop below 1.74

继去年4月签署了解备忘录后，子公司Hillstrand发展今日与Cyberview签订联营合约，建造2500个住宅单位。
其中150个单位为政府宿舍，另794个单位属一个大马房屋计划（PR1MA）公寓。
同时，该公司将以1:2的容积率（Plot Ratio），在10.44亩的地段建商业单位。
私配筹3396万
嘉登表示，这计划锁定在赛城工作的中等收入人士，虽属可负担价位房屋，但品质、设备和环境皆可媲美其他高档住宅区。
另一方面，嘉登建议私下配售缴足资本的10%，予第三方投资者，配售价待定。
假设私配价为1.74令吉，该公司最低可筹3088万1000令吉，最高可达3396万9000令吉，会用在公用事业和种植业的投资上。

very small contribution only for the utilities and plantation sector, still long way to go.
currently the main net profit in order = Property > construction > utilities > plantation.
more than 90% of the profit from property + construction. so better pray hard for these 2 sectors. :P
