RCECAP最大的问题就是不稳定的盈利。主要原因为高得相当离谱的Other Expenses（2016财年为5千2百万）
一家市值只有3亿多的公司，Other Expense竟然差不多等于一家价值10亿的公司，说明管理层吃水深的可能性很高。
因此要小心接下来几个季度的盈利会坐过山车。我自己会更关注营业额多过盈利。当然还有Financing Cashflow里面的Issuance of Islamic Sukuk。

RCECAP是一间相当小的公司，规模只有AEONCR的四分之一。（单纯以总贷款价值来计算的话）
加上全部数额的Islamic Sukuk，也充其量只是让RCECAP的价值来到AEONCR的一半而已。
目前AEONCR的市值为20亿。纸上谈兵，RCECAP在目前的合理市值大约为5亿，加上Islamic Sukuk之后合理市值就会变成10亿。
当然股市的市值计算法不是这种一加一等于二的简单数学题，10亿只是一个很笼统的假设。个人经验告诉我，RCECAP的市值大概最多能去到7亿。

RCECAP看起来像是炒股，不过我觉得它跟早期的IFCAMSC有相似之处。
IFCAMSC同样也是因为单一特定项目而大赚了三到四个季度，过后就打回原形了。
RCECAP不排除会走回这样的路。关键要看Islamic Sukuk生意的后续发展。
以我对小型公司的经验来看，RCECAP的Islamic Sukuk在这一轮的9亿之后，应该很难出现新的了。
因此可以考虑抓趋势，切记要懂得离场。

There's not much movement prior to release of last QR, stocks surge upwards a day later. Don't think today's movement have anything to do with coming QR. I'll wait for QR.
