Briefly read KESM's recent QR just now, not bad, instead it was very good result. Just wonder if the market is over reacting or reflecting its true fair value.

Not every thing is about quarterly results.

If they want, they can buy back all the shares and have plenty of cash left......

Cash and near cash easily $3 per share.

KESM has $ 600 million of equipment at cost, $ 150 million at BV..........$100 million cash....and little else.

40 million shares, NTA $6. per share.

no more business? Their equipment can throw away?

at $4, their market cap is only $ 160 million.

like that also cannot?

this company has excess cash that they should return to shareholders via a special dividend.

Don't think the results will be bad, the acquiring of remaining KESM TEST subsidiary has definitely helped alot in the increase in EPS as seen in the previous two quarters, aided partly by forex gains as well.

and yes, if you look at EBITDA, they actually have lots and lots of cash which will be great for capex.

Comparing wif last few years , Q2 n Q3 r weaker than Q1 n Q4
24.3 was last Q4 ,18.8 was last Q1. This quarter actually not bad already
