Cash from operation nearly RM80mil a year, it is generating 1.80 per share per year, that is yielding 26%!

It should rightfully goes to RM16-18 to make it make more sense! Now is dirt Cheap!

the fact you wont see high EPS is accouting treatmenet, they did a lot of DEPRECIATION at VERY high EVERY YR

For me kesm got bright future. In future all cars use smart function like iPad, iPhone. Keyless car key, use thumb to open car door. Auto run on roads. GPS radar etc...

paperplane, i agreed with your depreciation point. kesm's machine have been depreciated faster than normal rate. according to page47, the depreciation rate of plant, machinery and equipment is around at 20percent to 66.67percent.

according annual report page 68, they have total PPE of rm710mil while the net carrying amount only at rm183mil. According to latest quarter, the carrying amount havve further reduce to rm161mil, which is only 22percent of what is the cost of PPE. Despite high depreciation, the company able to achieve high earning per share for last few quarter. Now i know why paperplane set high target price for kesm.

currently, the depreciation expenses at rm13mil for last quarter, if half of the depreciation expenses gone, the profit of the company easily become double. hence the profit will increase as well. keep in mind every rm420k will increase by one sen. if half (rm6.5mil) gone, then the eps will go out by 16sen. target price rm16 will reached easily if the depreciation expenses gone by half.

now got rm161mil in PPE. if depreciated rm13mil per quarter and no new PPE purchased, the PPE will fully depreciated in 12quarters of 3years.
