Cash from recently fund raised... nothing to cheer about.
Unless It can use the funds well and generate good money.

That will be at least another 12 months since their project foundation start.
Of which has been hold back till the Architect drawing finalised. (Of which I'm very suspicious)

Downside risk is limited, so you can buy some if you have extra money. But im not sure when the stock price will surge. The stock price may consolidate gradually.
