this stock play sideways for quite long since june 2017. its current rsi still at 50, buy signal stil not looking at this morning. lets see today movement if its change macd chart. if you are trader and see potential of this counter, now i quite good entry point, how much its spike after this no one knows

the situation does not sound comfortable to me.

1st the auditor resign with immediate effect (the company law states it takes effect after 21 days).
2nd the non-executive chairman resigns as audit committee member the following day.

as of now they are in the midst of finding new auditor.

i don't think any auditor would simply resign from a company even there is "resource restrain" as stated in their auditor's statement.
