this is a tricky situation!!! u see many are converting to mother shares!!! i believe the mother share will sure drop!!! i have sold all my mother shares becos i believe it will drop ( rightly or wrongly); just bot some warrants n see!!!

u c when mother share price at 0.57, the son was at 0.26. after mother dropped to 0.550 then son went down to 0.245.

Morning dont 4get MMAG-INGENUITY, remember warrants is lower than mother a lot.
Some smart ppls went n converted.
Converting take about 10 working days.
Maybe u r lucky can make some $$$.If not u will c mother keep droping down.
They use the way 2 get $$$ 4 the company.
My advice not to convert.
Just check MMAG-INGENUITY {0034} story first.Now is not CHIN holding.

although warrants present a good opportunity to made money, it is more safer to hold mother in the long run. The company need funds to starts their projects and hence need to maintain a healthy pricing to entice the warrant holders to convert.

So the more the higher the mother goes, the faster rate of conversion took place and the fastest the company can tap into the funds to start the projects on hand.

If i am the Management, i will propped up the mother at the fastest rate and maintaining a healthy margin of the warrant to entice conversion.

well if that is so, then sell the mother and then buy the warrants n hold! if mother reli drops, u have alredi sold! if mom goes up, anak also goes up!! Remember, anak is at a discount; when mom goes down, still got some cushion for anak; when mom goes up, anak also goes up!
so it is a win win situation when u sell mother!

Both are alibaba. look back the past trend, when Anzo replied UMA that the price was up because of Malacca new project, not KL Northgate. if they already know the news earlier, but did not tell the truth.
